RECIPE

1. Uniformly mix 500 gm of Gangwal Sev Mix with 100 ml of oil & 240 ml of water gently to make smooth dough.

 Note-Make sure that the content of the packet, oil & water is uniformly mixed.

 Suggestion-To make different variants of Sev, mix up paste of Spinach, Garlic, Tomatoes to the dough

2. Take Sev maker & grease its all sides from oil. Now fill the dough in the sev maker.
3. Heat the required oil in vessel then gently push the upper part of sev maker to make Sev.
4. Fry it on a medium tlame til it become golden yellow & crispy.
5. Tasty Sev is now ready.
