1.Unitormly mix 130ml water, 2 Tea spoon Ghee and 50g curd with Jalebi Mix to make a smooth batter, now pour if into gangwal Jalebi Bottle & keep aside.
- Heat 250g oil or ghee in a shallow pan, squeeze jalebi bottle in pan to make 3-4 circle with batter starting from center to Outer & lock it at center.Deep fry in Medium heat till crisp ond golden.
Immediate immense the Jalebi in warm sugar syrup, for 10 seconds only. Chasni Powder Preparation .
