Directions (How to Use):

1. Mix entire pack with 100ml water or milk. Knead into a soft, smooth dough.
2. If dough is hard, add a little more liquid.
3. Grease palms with ghee and form 25–30 small round balls.
4. Deep fry on low flame until golden brown.
5. Dip fried jamuns in hot sugar syrup and soak for 15–20 minutes.
6. Garnish with pista or almond flakes and serve hot.

Sugar Syrup Preparation:

• Dissolve 650g sugar in 650ml water.
• Simmer for 8–10 minutes.
• Add saffron strands and cardamom for enhanced flavor.
