Ingredients : Sugar, Wheat Flour, Milk Solids, Baking Powder, Vanilla Essence.

RECIPE :

1. In a bowl take 40 gms of butter & beat it for 1 min.

(If butter is hard put it in a pan & place in warm water)

2. Gradually add Gangwal Cake Mix in it. Now add  120ml Milk (in parts) to make a smooth batter.

Make sure that the batter gets smooth. (The batter should be in dropping consistency)

3. Grease your micro proof dish / baking pan with oil or butter.

4. Now Pour your batter in it & place it on Micro on high / 900'W/100, Uncovered for 5mins. Or Bake it in OTG for 25-30 mins. At 160'C to 180'C.

5. Cake is ready if when a pocked tooth pick comes out clean.

6. Let it cool. Unmold & Serve.
