Raita Recipe :

Ingredients required to make Raita Recipe :

- 250 gm curd

- 1 cup water

- 2 teaspoons sugar

- GANGWAL RAITA MASALA (as per taste)

- Bundi (for Bundi Raita, without spices)

INGREDIENTS: Iodized Salt, Cumin, White Pepper, Black Pepper, Black Salt, Coriander, Mint Leaves, Dry Ginger, Caraway, Nutmeg, Cloves, & Seasonings & SpicesAsafoetida

Instructions :

  1. In a bowl, combine 250 gm curd with 1 cup of water.
  2. Add 2 teaspoons of sugar to the mixture.
  3. Stir the mixture well for approximately 5 minutes.
  4. Gradually add GANGWAL RAITA MASALA to achieve the desired taste.
  5. Mix the Raita Masala thoroughly into the curd mixture.
  6. For Bundi Raita, add bundi (without spices) to the prepared mixture.
  7. Ensure thorough mixing, and your delicious Raita is ready to be served!
