Raita Recipe :
Ingredients required to make Raita Recipe :
- 250 gm curd
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- GANGWAL RAITA MASALA (as per taste)
- Bundi (for Bundi Raita, without spices)
INGREDIENTS: Iodized Salt, Cumin, White Pepper, Black Pepper, Black Salt, Coriander, Mint Leaves, Dry Ginger, Caraway, Nutmeg, Cloves, & Seasonings & SpicesAsafoetida
Instructions :
- In a bowl, combine 250 gm curd with 1 cup of water.
- Add 2 teaspoons of sugar to the mixture.
- Stir the mixture well for approximately 5 minutes.
- Gradually add GANGWAL RAITA MASALA to achieve the desired taste.
- Mix the Raita Masala thoroughly into the curd mixture.
- For Bundi Raita, add bundi (without spices) to the prepared mixture.
- Ensure thorough mixing, and your delicious Raita is ready to be served!
**Note:**
- No need to add salt or any other spices, as the GANGWAL RAITA MASALA provides a perfectly balanced flavor.
